The University
The Scandinavian University of Science and Technology, here forth abbreviated as SUST, is a privately-owned online university driven as an educational enterprise. SUST is registered at the Swedish Enterprise Authority. The university utilizes the American online university models. Its academic degree programs are solely based on the American academic practices. However, SUST is also benefiting from the high quality of the Scandinavian administrative and management philosophy which is world-widely respected. The operational guideline for SUST staff members are ensuring a high quality of administrative practices.
SUST is putting the customer, our dear student, at the focus. All the demanded effort is done to ensure a rewarding online learning experience giving the student a package of advanced knowledge and in the process helping him and her to pursue higher horizons and possibilities of carrier development.
SUST is very research-focused online institute and that is why we are using, intensively, methods aiming at testing the ability of the students to be critical thinkers and innovative persons.

Our main asset and capital is the Customers of SUST, which are our students. All operational and managerial policies will be directed to preserve and enlarge that customer-base, through sound growth strategies. Real growth comes from having all students attending our online degree programs, being enthusiastic promoters to their experiences both as they are attending their programs at SUST and after they leave the university.

The Scandinavian University of Science and Technology is planned to be a very large online university. Once completed, it will be The Largest Virtual University Ever Built. At its peak the university will have more than twenty schools in all disciplines of knowledge. We are starting under 2008 with a single school The School of Management Sciences but we will move quickly to build The School of Business Administration followed by The School of Economics & Finance within three years. We are welcoming our visitors to wonder through our virtual university and enjoy the diverse services that we are providing for all our guests whether being students currently pursuing their online degrees at SUST, or people who just want to drop by. Some of these programs are now activated while others are planned for the future
